She Votes theme for the week inspires civic responsibility August 13, 2008 Nashua, NH - On Friday August 15, 2008 at 11:30am Mayor Lozeau will be a guest at Girls Incorporated of New Hampshire's Nashua Girls' Center to speak to the girls about her role as Mayor of Nashua. Girls Inc. is currently running a nine week summer camp program, with each week offering a different, fun and exciting theme. Girls Inc. She Votes is next week's theme and presents the perfect opportunity for Mayor Lozeau to kick off the activities. The Girls Inc. She Votes program is a civic engagement initiative that empowers girls to envision themselves as future voters, candidates, and officeholders. The program addresses issues related to women in politics and inspires civic responsibility and leadership in girls.. Girls Incorporated of New Hampshire, with subsidiaries in So.
